Ah alright, I'm glad that it isn't too serious. May the new meds work perfectly without any side-effects.

I have Crohns disease and I'm starting a new treatment on Friday. The doctor wants to keep me for observation afterwards in case I have any reaction to the new meds. Nothing too serious, luckily.

Heh, I thought maybe it's something you did intentionally. If it helps, when I try to view your avatar by pasting it's image link in a new tab it gives me the following error:

It might be worth asking Jan to look at it. He seems to know a thing or two about the forum software. It's weird that it only seems to be happening to your profile.

No, but for some people it shows up as broken apparently. Eugene pointed it out to me a while ago and I changed it since then, but he (and other people) still sees it as broken. It's fine on my side though, I could be wrong but I think it's a Chrome issue.
