Steam has launched its Discovery 2.0 update, which overhauls the Steam Store front page and attempts to direct players to interesting games and great deals.
The new store page is very different, and can be personalized using a built-in preferences panel.
The Store page consists of featured titles (along with screenshots of the game), specials and discounts, friend activity and the Discovery Queue.
Steam has also recently updated its User Review system, providing gamers with a “most recent” review score, which only accounts for reviews posted in the last 30 days.
Additionally, gamers in some countries are able to view the top selling games in their country instead of global top-selling games.
