Activision has announced that Call of Duty: Mobile season three is called Radical Raid and will be released on 30 March 2022.
Although not much more is known about the new season, the publisher revealed two notable teasers in a video posted to CoD: Mobile’s social media handles.
In the video, fans can hear disco music and see lights coming from a building, and while the new map isn’t clearly visible, it looks a lot like the Miami map from Black Ops Cold War.
In Black Ops Cold War, this map was large and favoured long-range gunfights, which would be a welcomed change to the mobile adaption.
Apart from this, the video also showed the silhouette of a new weapon coming to CoD: Mobile season three. This weapon is the classic MAC-10, which has appeared in several Call of Duty titles.
The gun has a high rate of fire and a decent range which will be a nice addition to the mobile game’s arsenal.
Additionally, the third season will also be bringing in a new Ranked Series, which means current players have until the end of the month to grind their current ranks to unlock season two’s remaining rewards.
More details about Radical Raid will be revealed in the coming weeks.
