Thymesia has been delayed

26 July 2022

Following community feedback after its demo in May, Thymesia has been delayed from its 9 August release to 18 August.

This delay was announced specifically for the developers to address players’ concerns with the game’s combat.

While disappointing for souls-like fans looking forward to the game, this delay shows that developer OverBorder Studios is listening to players and wants the game to be as successful as possible.

A souls-like game, Thymesia puts players in control of Corvus, a plague doctor warrior who has lost his memories and must fight his way through a corrupted world as he searches for answers.

Thymesia’s combat is akin to Bloodborne’s, emphasising speed and aggression.

You’ll unlock new powers to wield and expand your collection of playable weapons as you progress.
