The Ouya CREATE competition was held in celebration of the release of the $99 Android-powered Ouya console.
The competition took the form of a 10-day game jam, which required players to create an Android game pretty quickly.
The games were submitted to a panel of judges, which included Felicia Day (creator of The Guild), and Ed Fries (co-creator of the Xbox, Ouya advisor) among others.
The awards were broken down into a number of different categories, with some pretty interesting winners.
The winners will get a share of the prize pot of US$45,000, and their games will likely be included in the launch line up of the Ouya.
