MyGaming recently caught up with Dell’s Regional Sales Manager Gavin Slevin to discuss the future of Alienware in South Africa, and the routes in which SA gamers can get hold of Alienware products.

“The international Alienware site allows for global ordering,” said Slevin.

“South African gamers can order and customise their products, then send it to a reseller who will in turn deliver it to the local distributor.”

With regards to how many customised orders take place, Slevin revealed that there are a number of specially-designed rigs being ordered by SA customers.

“SA gamers build around 10 to 15 customised rigs a month, but they obviously pay a premium.”

Slevin also confirmed that the Alienware gear would be coming to SA.
