Intel please come out with a NEW series of Processors that make the current “i” series obsolete and not just bring out a “new” processor that just uses 20% less electricity and offers a 5% increase in performance.
I want to upgrade my PC, but right now my 2500K i5 and HD6950 are still playing games on High and it is over 2 years old.

TLDR : Phones and tablets are improving at a fast pace so people need to buy new devices often to stay “up to date”, while my 2 year old desktop is still roughly “up to date”. Improve PC specs faster and people will be forced to buy faster.
