Batman: Arkham City multiplayer confirmed

This month’s UK magazine PSM3 has confirmed that the upcoming sequel to Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City, will feature multiplayer support.

“Multiplayer is a certainty, but no details on this yet,” reads the editorial. 

This comes after rumours that Catwoman will be a playable character in co-op mode. Co-operative and versus multiplayer are both possibilities at this point, and this will be Rocksteady’s first foray into multiplayer gaming since Urban Chaos: Riot Response.
