Rocket League gets wicked new DLC and free weekend

22 April 2016

Running from today until Sunday 24 April Rocket League will be completely free-to-play for all Steam users.

This is in celebration of the new Hoops DLC which will release for free to all owners of the game on 26 April 2016.

Replacing the traditional soccer goalposts with a basketball hoop, the Hoops DLC looks to completely change the way Rocket League is played.

You can also purchase the optional NBA Flag Pack for $1.99 USD, which will give users access to all 30 NBA teams’ logos (South African pricing TBC).

Grabbing the add-on gives you immediate access to all 30 NBA team flags, but every player who patches the game will have a free NBA logo flag that they can equip straightaway in any mode.
