AlwaysOn will offer its subscribers free Wi-Fi access at any of its thousands of hotspots around the country on Wednesday 27 April.
The free access is courtesy of AlwaysOn’s fibre backhaul, which means its Super Wi-Fi hotspots will offer much higher-speeds than regular ADSL lines.
To use AlwaysOn’s free Wi-Fi offer, users must:
- Use the hotspot finder on the AlwaysOn website to find your nearest hotspot.
- When you are at an AlwaysOn Hotspot, switch on your device’s Wi-Fi.
- Search for AlwaysOn among the available Wi-Fi networks, and connect to it.
- Open your browser and you will be directed to the AlwaysOn Dashboard when you search.
- Fill in your details to create an account, then log in.
You can find the closest AlwaysOn Wi-Fi HotSpot to you here.
