Netflix measured the amount of time users spent watching over 100 different tittles in order to determine which ones people binge-watch the most.
The study surveyed over 190 countries from October 2015 to May 2016.
The median time spent watching a single show was 2 hours and 10 minutes (just over 2 episodes) while the median time spent completing a series was just six days.
Netflix seperated its shows into two categories, “savoured” (shows that viewers took longer to get through) and “devoured” (shows that viewers tended to consumer quicker).
Here is the list:
Devoured
- Sense8
- Orphan Black
- The 100
- The Walking Dead
- American Horror Story
- The Fall
- Orange Is the New Black
- Nurse Jackie
- Grace & Frankie
Savoured
- House of Cards
- Bloodline
- Peaky Blinders
- Mad Men
- BoJack Horseman
- Love
- Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt
