Cape Town will host the Electronics and Gaming Expo this year, with the event taking place from 29 – 31 July 2016.

All EGE attendees are welcome to attend in various costumes, as the expo will also host a cosplay competition throughout the duration of the event.

The cosplayer rated “Best in Show” will be awarded R5,000 and will be selected by both Judge ratings and popular vote.

The cosplay competition will not feature any genre limitations and basic rules are available on the EGE 2016 website.

The EGE Expo will also feature the EGE LAN, a 400-person BYOC LAN event.
