Far Cry 3: Ubisoft shows pre-E3 prep

29 May 2012

Ubisoft seems to be bringing in the big hitters this year, with the likes of Assassin’s Creed III and Far Cry 3 making their return towards the end of 2012.

Last week, we saw some of the preparation Ubisoft’s Montreal studio was putting in for their Assassin’s Creed III presentation at E3 in a few short weeks, but now we’re getting to check the publisher’s other triple-A affair, Far Cry 3.

The video shows us some of the work the development team is putting in, in order for the demo to run smoothly and dynamically, allowing each play-through to be different and unique.

We also get a look at the motion capture work that the team focused on, putting life into the demo at hand.

Far Cry 3 was one of the surprise announcements last E3, and should be a strong focus of Ubisoft this year, unless they’ve got yet another trick up their sleeves.
