Steam is holding a mid-week sale on select Resident Evil titles, likely in anticipation of the upcoming release of Resident Evil 6.
The sale puts some alluring prices on Resident Evil 5, and Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City and its DLC expansions.
The games are going for half-price, with Resident Evil 5 tagged at $9.99 (R82.30), and Operation Raccoon City at $24.99 (R205.83). Instead of buying the individual DLCs, you could also grab the Operation Raccoon City Complete Pack for $38.94 (R320.75), which includes the two Echo Six expansions, a costume pack and more.
This should give those who never got the chance to play Resident Evil 5 and Operation Raccoon City enough chance to blast through some zombies and get their skills up to scratch, before the release of Resident Evil 6 on 2 October 2012. So head over to the Steam Store and check out the special.
MyGaming was lucky enough to get some hands-on time with the game, so check out the preview if you want to learn more: Resident Evil 6 hands-on preview.
