Darksiders won’t get DLC

6 January 2010

Darksiders creative lead Joe Madureira has told Eurogamer that developer Vigil Games will not be doing any downloadable content for the soon to be released Darksiders.

Madureira also explained the decision not to include a multiplayer component in the game.

“We realised early on that we wouldn’t be able to pull off the scope of game we wanted to and have it be multiplayer. We were a new team building new tech and a new IP. We had our work cut out for us.”

Darksiders is scheduled for release this Friday on Xbox 360 and PS3.
