Rotten Tomatoes has announced that the movie to earn the lowest average review score in 2009 was Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Lee.
The movie managed an impressive average review score of 4%.
“This sloppy second attempt at bringing the Street Fighter franchise to the big screen…violates one of the primary rules for any Playstation to motion picture translation – never mess with the mythology.” said Popmatters.
