GTA IV DLC coming to PC and PS3 in March

Rockstar Games this weekend revealed that Grand Theft Auto IV’s downloadable content packages ‘The Ballad of Gay Tony’ and ‘The Lost and the Damned’ will be available on PC and PS3 in late March.

According to Shack News each package will be available as individual downloads or in a standalone retail package entitled ‘Episode from Liberty City’.

‘The Lost and the Damned’ was made availbe on Xbox 360 in Feburary 2009 with ‘The Ballad’ of Gay Tony’ following in October. This exclusivity period cost Microsoft a reported $50 million (R380 million).

The packages will become available on the 30th of March. No pricing details have yet been revealed although a reference Xbox 360 price of $20 for each package (roughly R150) may be a reliable marker.

Grand Theft Auto IV is one of the biggest games ever released and broke records for sales figures of 3.7 million units on its first day of release.
