Bioshock 2 and Star Trek Online winners announced

22 February 2010

This month local distributor Megarom kindly gave us two awesome games to give away. First off was the Bioshock 2 PC Collector’s Edition, which includes the special edition box and disk, Vinyl 180g LP featuring the orchestral score from Bioshock 2, a CD containing the orchestral score, a 164 page 9-inch x 11-inch hardbound art book containing concept art and developer commentary and three posters featuring vintage adds seen in Bioshock 2.

Secondly, we were given a copy of the recently released Star Trek MMO, Star Trek Online.

In order to enter the Bioshock competition users simply had to post a lucky number in the competition thread. A total of 171 individuals entered the competition over the space of two weeks.

We decided to make the Star Trek competition a little more exciting, and in order to enter users had to adopt a Star Trek forum avatar, as well as amend their forum signature to “Live long and Prosper”. Not deterred by the requirements, an eager 51 individuals entered the competition, although 8 of those failed to meet the entry requirements.

The competitions are both now closed and our winners are:

Star Trek Online – Magnarmalok
Bioshock 2 – Murph

Congratulations to the winners, you will be contacted shortly.

MyGaming and its forum users extend a big thanks to Megarom for providing us with these awesome prizes.
