Square Enix renews with Numetro

International publisher Square Enix has renewed its distribution license with local company Numetro. Numetro, who also does Capcom, Sega and Codemasters is relatively new to the games distribution scene in SA, but has already managed to aquire a decent stable of publishers.

“We’re very pleased to have renewed our agreement with Nu Metro Interactive (NMI),” said Justin Gaffney, Export Director, Square Enix Europe. “It is essential to have the right partner and with Nu Metro we have a specialist in this important territory to achieve the right representation and prominence at retail.”

“We’re extremely proud and pleased to have renewed our ongoing distribution partnership with Square Enix Europe. Their product slate includes FINAL FANTASY® XIII, Kane & Lynch 2 and many more prestigious IP’s,” said Keith Viljoen, General Manager of Nu Metro Interactive (NMI).
