Valve titles to be ported for Mac users?

The global gaming community is abuzz with rumours that Valve may be defecting from its staunch PC and Xbox 360 roots to offer titles on Apple devices, specifically Mac computers.

The developer has released a number of promotional images to the media prompting a big announcement from the company. The nature of the images all but confirms that Valve titles will soon be made available on the Mac platform.

One of these feature the silhouette of a Battlefield Fortress character set on a lime green background – suspiciously similar to iPod advertising of yore. Another features Half Life protagonist Gordon Freeman clad in white armour holding a crowbar – the crowbar just covers a logo that resembles an Apple.
