Mega developer Blizzard has announced today that its annual BlizzCon gaming conference will return once again this year in October from Anaheim in the United States.
Although this may sound like just another gaming conference in the past it has given the company a platform to make major announcements regarding its popular franchises.
With Diablo III, World of Warcraft Cataclysm and Star Craft II waiting in the wings it is clear that BlizzCon 2010 will hold a number of surprises for lovers of all things MMORPG, RPG and RTS.
“BlizzCon offers us a great opportunity to meet with our players and share our enthusiasm for gaming with one of the most passionate communities in the world,” said Blizzard CEO Mike Morhaime in a press statement.
“We’re looking forward to providing another great show filled with entertainment, competition, and the latest information about Blizzard Entertainment games.”
