After missing its original release date in March, Valve will be releasing the first DLC pack for Left 4 Dead 2 next week.

The DLC will feature characters from the first game, as well as new weapons new types of infected.

An exact release date has yet to be confirmed, but Fudzilla’s sources are hinting at the 28th. The DLC will cost 560 MS Points (+-R50)  for the Xbox 360 version, with no PC pricing has been confirmed yet. It will be released for PC via Valve’s own digital distributor Steam.

Rumours suggest that it may even be a free download via Steam.
