SA to get Alienware trade-in service?

Alienware trade-in

MyGaming recently caught up with Dell’s Regional Sales Manager, Gavin Slevin, to discuss the future Alienware in South Africa. We asked whether the US Alienware trade-in system would feature in SA.

Alienware’s trade-in program allows gamers to trade in Alienware products and get cash back, as long as your laptop you’re trading in is on the Cash Back Value list.

“There’s not something in SA like the trade-in service in the states,” said Slevin, “but I can tell you that Alienware products are actively traded second-hand.”

“You’d be amazed by the resell value of Alienware products, so there are various sites online where people buy and sell different units. It’s an interesting idea though,” said Slevin,

Slevin also confirmed that the Alienware gear would be coming to SA.
