Publisher THQ has announced the first DLC pack for its recently released thriller/shooter; Metro 2033.
The Ranger Pack will be released for both PC and Xbox 360 in the “very near future.”
Gamers can expect new weapons and achievements, as well as a new game mode; Ranger Mode. In standard ranger mode, players have less ammo, but all weapons do more damage. Enemies, however, also do more damage. Like Hardcore Mode in other FPS games, Ranger Mode also sees the removal of the HUD.
The new weapons are the heavy automatic shotgun, and the volt driver. 250 Gamerscore points have also been added.
