Konami has announced that Silent Hill 8 is in development, and will be released next year.
Vetra Games is busy working on the game for PS3 and Xbox 360.
“Staying true to the franchise’s original roots,” Konami promises, “the game returns with another third person horror experience, and an all new thought provoking storyline.”
That is pretty much all we know right now, but expect more to be revealed in the coming months.
