Tony Hawk Pro Skater making a comeback

Tony Hawk has confirmed that he and Activision will be bringing a new “Pro Skater” game to consoles in 2015.

As explained in a tweet from Hawk, pictured below, console gamers who are fans of the Tony Hawk Pro Skater series should be prepared to be “hyped”. Although there is mention of a new mobile game, too, The Hawkster did not drop any information about a PC title.

I, like many other gamers, have fond memories of THPS on the PlayStation 1 and the Neversoft-made title had me in the yard learning how to ollie when my parents told me to go play outside.

With Neversoft now shutdown it will be interesting to see who is tasked with bringing this game to life.
