"9 cool things" featured in CoD: Black Ops Nuketown map

15 November 2010

Black Ops has been out for just under a week, and while it was not the smoothest CoD launch to date, it certainly was the most profitable.

For those that are enjoying the multiplayer experience despite the multitude of complaints over lag and bugs, Treyarch guy Dan “One of Swords” Amrich has posted a blog entitled “9 Cool Things About Nuketown in Black Ops”.

The map is crammed full of nifty quirks, not including the PC’s special “annoying lag” feature, which is actually not native to just that map.

In case you have not noticed, the map features a “double rainbow”, a sponsored 2011 Jeep Wrangler, an “intersection of oblivion”, a working clock which counts down the game time, as well as a population counter that reflects the number of active players on the map. There are also a few other additions, including 2 creepy moving manequins.
