Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment are creating a video game based on James Cameron’s Avatar film.

The game is being created in partnership with Lightstorm and Fox Interactive.

The game’s promotional video, posted below, does not include information regarding gameplay details, platform, or a release date.

“With the power of Massive’s Snowdrop game engine, we know they’re the right group to bring the beauty and danger of Pandora to life,” said James Cameron.

“It should be the ultimate experience, where you actually get to go to Pandora and live an alternative life on the moon,” said Massive Entertainment Creative Director Magnus Jansen.
