2K Games’ upcoming third-person shooter, Spec Ops: The Line, gets an action-packed launch trailer that pinpoints some of the harsh desert environments, story elements and weapons that players are set to get their hands on.
Loosely based upon Joseph Conrad’s Heart of Darkness, which details a story of European colonisers who head into Africa and witness the atrocities and savagery of the human condition.
The surroundings also play a pivotal role as players are able to use sand to their advantage, such as shooting out a window to bury enemies. The dangers also apply to the players though as the tough conditions could also lead to your own demise.
Spec Ops: The Line is releasing this Friday, 29 June 2012.
