Paypal has refused to refund over R745,000 worth of cumulative donations, after the donator planned to reverse all of his payments.

Twitch user iNexus_Ninja would make payments to various streamers of between $1,000 (R14,900) and $5,000 (R74,500), in anattempt to elicit extreme reactions from streamers.

He then planned to issue charge-backs on all of the payments, so that the streamers would never actually receive the money.

After complaints by the affected streamers, Paypal refused the refund, meaning all of the streamers were able to keep the donations.
