How to tell if you are consuming too much caffeine on a daily basis

Caffeine is the life-blood of most office environments.

People drink coffee at work, enjoy energy drinks for long gaming binges, and pop those sweet caffeine pills as a pre-workout when hitting the gym.

But how much do we actually know about what we’re putting into our bodies?

For example, did you know that one small cup of Starbucks drip coffee has more than three times the amount of caffeine present in a can of Red Bull?
