Best budget TVs for gaming in SA

When looking for a good TV for gaming at a budget price, the Samsung 32EH5000, Sony KLV-32EX330, LG 32LV3710, and the Samsung UA32ES5600 are all viable options.

Things to look for in a decent gaming TV include a reasonable screen size, fast refresh rate (at least a 120Hz TV for gaming), and a suitable price.

LG’s 32LV3710 is a good gaming display for its price tag.

The TV features the XD Engine, which helps with de-interlacing and up-scaling.

The TV only has one HDMI and one USB, but makes up by having Smart TV and web browsing capabilities.

Samsung UA32ES5600 32-inch SLIM LED TV – (R5,200.00 – Dion Wired)

The new Slim range of TVs are priced higher than traditional design sets, but do take up less space.

The TV features “Clear Motion Rate” teach and a 100Hz refresh rate, along with the Hyper Real Engine, which helps enhance colours and reduce blur on fast moving images.

The TV also houses 3 HDMIs and 2 USB ports.

    The Samsung 32EH5000 seems to be 50Hz on most websites, even though some say it is 100Hz. It may be a confusion with the 100 CMR, which is not the same as 100Hz refresh rate. I would like some clarification regarding that. Thanks.
