Toward the end of 2013, we wrapped up our community voting on the best games of 2013.
Since everyone packed up their gaming gear and went on holiday soon after, it seemed pertinent to hold on to the results until the gaming world was back from its holiday.
The wait is over, and here are the best games of 2013, as chosen by the MyGaming readership and forum community.
The votes were cast by 698 participants (with incomplete survey forms discarded). This gives us a statistically accurate representation of SA gamers – at least those who find themselves visiting MyGaming.

Grand Theft Auto V stormed ahead in the voting, while the other top titles fought relatively close battles to secure their spots. It is interesting to note that 4.73% of survey participants chose not to vote on this section, perhaps unimpressed with any of the 2013 offerings.
