Since ISP’s don’t generally allow for high upload(unless you show them $$$$$), it is rather costly to even consider being a streamer if you are starting out.

    Game Servers:-

    1. – Usually by private users which = admin abuse (Though its everywhere)
If hosted by a an ISP, server admins non existent(Exception is if there are large amounts of players(eg. BF 4)) or immature admins.

    2. – You need to live in a rich suburb in order to receive proper fiber.

    3. Lack of support from ISP’s, so many people struggle to get their line in working order after a fault has happened.

    4. Sales of games that will not have local servers.
