Suspension of belief, The Conversation. People. You got a game where you create life, whether it follows current ideas of evolution are not relevant. And of course people play games for escapism hence murder in games does not mean you want to murder people in real life either. The Conversation isn’t this dumb however, they’re just writing to generate content for ad impressions and money.
