These terrifying photos show how much information you are exposed to on your smart devices daily

16 July 2016

Most people multi-task daily without a second thought.

Quickly opening a new tab in a browser, opening up and closing apps on your smartphone, and battling between Excel spreadsheets and Word documents all begins to add up.

That’s a lot of information we are exposed to daily, and one man Pierre Buttin, managed to capture a week’s worth of this information as a digital record.

Each time he changed an app, switched programs or changed to a different device, Buttin took a snapshot of his screen.

The result looks like modern art, but in truth it’s a terrifying reminder of how much new information we are exposing ourselves to on a daily basis.

You can check out Buttin’s full “day on a device” on his official website here.
