Online retailer Raru has listed South African pricing for the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift.
The headsets are available on special order and will be delivered in 10-15 working days.

When asked about the relatively-high local pricing on Twitter, Raru said it is due to the local supply.
“We are getting these from a local supplier so we have to work with the prices we are being offered the product at I’m afraid,” said Raru.
The Oculus Rift and HTC Vive have been available in the US since 2016, but Raru is among the first local retailers to sell the headsets.
