The Collectibles

Crytek has reportedly showcased its next project, The Collectibles, an iOS action game that will utilise new features of iOS 7.

The game was said to be shown at the  Apple Worldwide Developers Conference, where Crytek demoed the game and showed its third-party game controller support – something new to iOS 7.

While still unannounced, The Collectibles is an isometric tactical action game that allows players to command a squad of five soldiers through a war-torn environment.

Players will also be able to use touch-based controls, along with d-pad and physical buttons on controllers, to move characters in and out of cover.

The game is said to be in development at Crytek Budapest.
