For better or worse, Steam’s Early Access program has a number of bad labels attached to it.
While every once in a while we happen across a hidden gem, the majority of games on show are still in early development and likely to remain that way in the foreseeable future.
It doesn’t help that the majority of titles (yes, even the good ones) have you “surviving” some inhospitable environment or killing some form of zombies.
