Namco Bandai’s Code Vein is an epic vampiric action-RPG

Following a mysterious teaser released last month, Bandai Namco has announced a brand-new post-apocalyptic action-RPG called Code Vein.

Code Vein, which will release on Xbox One, PS4, and PC in 2018, is set in a devastated world, where vampires, known as Revenant, live in a hidden society called Vein. The player character is a Revenant, who is ‘tasked to embark into the world with a companion picked from the various residents of Vein to uncover lost memories and an exit out of this new demented reality.’ Sounds lovely.

There will be a variety of weapons to use, including swords, hammers, and other melee bringers-of-death, but the Revenant also have enhanced vampiric abilities known as ‘Gifts’, such as the ability to feed off enemies.

Players will also have an AI partner, who will help you, but you will also need to aid them in battle.

You can expect a trailer in early May, but in the meantime, enjoy some more screenshots below:

    I love Anime/Manga but this type of game i just do not like… Too much over the top button bashing.
