And the PC version of Destiny is only in October! Well that sucks. I am wondering though if I should just get it on PS4. My concern about the PC version is that, while the graphics will be amazing on my rig, considering the game heavily relies on its online community, for us in SA, the console version may be more feasible as I expect the console community to be far more extensive – thus you get the most out of the game. Decisions, decisions!

  • The PC version will have tons of players … or none at all. The benefit of having a release date 1 month later than the rest is that we will have extensive reviews so we can decide to get this or wait for Anthem. This is one of the few times I am glad PC games get the back seat to the console versions.

Destiny 2 on the PC will use Blizzard’s ‘Global Play’ region locking and therefore you can choose between America’s, Europe or Asia. You’ll be with a large player base regardless of which of those you choose. You won’t be limited to the SA gaming community.

Good to know, except my ping will be terrible!
