Dune: Spice Wars is slated to release into Early Access next week on 26 April. Developer Shiro Games has now revealed the game’s system requirements and pricing.
In the community FAQ posted yesterday on Steam, the developer indicated that the game will be priced at $29.99 (R451,58), although the exact South African pricing has not yet been revealed.
The system requirements are fairly lenient, as it is recommended that you have a GTX 1080 graphics card, an AMD Ryzen 7 CPU, and 16GB RAM to play the game optimally.
Dune: Spice Wars is a PC exclusive that will only be released on Steam.
The game uses a real-time strategy system with 4X elements and comes from the developers of the critically acclaimed Northgard.
Players will take control of one of several competing factions who reside on the desert planet of Dune.
You will have to balance open warfare, subterfuge, political influence, and economic supremacy to attain dominance of the planet’s most valuable resource: Spice.
