NAG LAN @ rAge 2011: tickets go on sale 1 August

Tickets to the biggest BYOC (Bring your Own Computer) LAN in South Africa are going on sale at Computicket on 1 August 2011 at midnight for R300.

The 2010 NAG LAN @ rAge sold out in less than 36 hours, so you best be snappy come ticket purchase day. The LAN event will be taking place during the annual rAge gaming expo, held at the Coca-Cola Dome in Johannesburg, South Africa, over the weekend of 30 September to 2 October 2011.

There are exactly 2,196 spots available in the LAN for the general gaming public, and a total of 53‑hours of non-stop gaming.

The mainline sponsor is Alienware, with HP Networking powering the network, and Intel taking care of the servers.

There will be competitions, freebies and general goodies for the LAN gamers at this year’s event, a ticket to which also grant access to the expo for the weekend.
