7sixty and Firefly Studios have announced a pre-order incentive for their upcoming castle-building management/RTS game, Stronghold 3. Anyone who pre-orders the game from Steam will receive the original Stronghold for free. As a bonus, pre-orders will receive the Tower of London stage, which is playable in Stronghold 3.
The Tower of London is a single-player map that’s only available on Steam. Based upon detailed plans and medieval maps, players can choose to defend or attack the world famous white tower, then compare how well they do against friends in the online leader boards.

Since first launching in 2001, the Stronghold series has become known for its mix of precision village building, fast-paced real-time strategy gameplay and dramatic sieges with hundreds of enemies swarming over castles.
The latest iteration in the franchise boasts a keep full of features – including night time battles, an improved multiplayer mode, physics and a visually impressive graphics engine. Firefly promises that Stronghold 3 will be the best yet, with a keep full of new features that will ensure that old fans and series newcomers will be happy overseeing medieval life.
