SK Gaming returns to SA

3 February 2009

Mind Sports South Africa (MSSA) has recently received word from SK Gaming, that they are planning on attending the 2009 African Continental Championship in Cape Town.

In conversations between MSSA president, Colin Webster and Andreas ‘bds’ Thorstensson, Andreas expressed his desire to again see SK locked in competition with the South African National Teams, stating “the next time round, the matches in DotA and CS 1.6 will be much harder.”

In their last confrontation, our local teams did not fair particularly well against SK Gaming.

The MSSA feels confident that this time South Africa will have a National Team capable of taking on, and beating, the likes of SK Gaming.  In order to qualify for the national team, players must go through the official MSSA league channels.

How do you think our local chaps will fair against SK this year? Give your say
