Battle of The Clans (BOTC) is proud to announce that registrations for the next set of BOTC tournaments are now open. BOTC will be hosting competitions for Counter-Strike: Source (BOTCv5), Call of Duty 4 (BOTCv3) and Team Fortress 2 (BOTCv2).
Registrations close on Saturday the 27th of June, and the games begin on Monday the 29th of June for all three competitions. The entrance fee’s for the Counter-Strike: Source and Call of Duty 4 tournaments have been lowered slightly to R300 per team of 5 members. The Team Fortress 2 tournament will remain free to enter.
Intel has continued its support for Counter-Strike: Source, by sponsoring the winning team with five Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E7400 (3M Cache, 2.80 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB) CPU’s. Second and third place prizes will be awarded cash prizes, which will be announced at a later stage.
The Call of Duty 4 tournament’s prizes will be announced shortly, while the Team Fortress 2 tournament will remain a free to enter tournament (acting as a community building exercise) and thus no prizes will be awarded.
In order to take part in our tournaments, you firstly need to create a team (unless you have already done so in the past). Once your team has been created and all your members have been added, you need to register for the tournament.
