Blizzard CEO Mike Morhaime has noted that the third expansion pack for enormously successful MMORPG World of Warcraft, entitled ‘Cataclysm’ is still on track to arrive in the “back half of 2010”.
During a recent investor speech Morhaime outlined Blizzard plans for the 2010, 2011 fiscal year and added that the game has a “global subscribership of approximately 11.5M subscribers”.
This will hopefulyl mark the second big release for Blizzard in the year; with any luck Star Craft 2 will make an apearance by July.
