iGame adds three Bad Company 2 servers

15 March 2010

Much has been made of the recently released Battlefield: Bad Company 2. While most of the feeback has been excellent, various technical issues, particularly regarding the game’s multiplayer component, have tarnished an otherwise fantastic launch.

One common problem experienced in particular by local gamers, is that it has been difficult to find a spot on the local servers, with massive volumes of people queuing up to get some game time in online.

iGame has recognised this, and has effectively made space for an addition 64 players at any given time. The extra player slots are being provided by 3 new servers.

New server details

iGame Comanche (32 Player Rush No killcam) 41.213.87.22:19569

iGame Abrahams (16 Player Hardcore Conquest) 196.2.97.213:19567

iGame Challenger (16 Player Hardcore Rush) 196.2.97.217:19567

These extra servers should alleviate some of the pressure being felt by the current servers, and make it a lot easier for local gamers to get some time in online.
