SteelSeries has announced the tournament-ready Apex M500 mechanical keyboard, which features Anti-Ghosting technology and blue LED backlighting.

The Apex M500 is a high-performance mechanical keyboard which focuses on precision and durability over excessive features.

The keyboard uses Cherry MX Red switches, which are the most durable and efficient gaming switches in the world – featuring a 50-million key press guarantee.

The Apex M500 is designed for efficiency, and has a smart cable management system which allows players to set up any keyboard position without cable interference.

In addition to the above hardware features, the device features the SteelSeries Engine software, which allows users to program keys, create macros and synchronise the Apex M500 with their other SteelSeries devices.
