Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot has said that Watch Dogs 2 could become Ubisoft’s best selling video game of all time.

The CEO voiced his optimism during an earnings call this week, saying that the upcoming game may beat 30 years of previous Ubisoft titles in terms of sales, GameSpot reports.

Ubisoft is confident that the sequel’s seamless multiplayer gameplay and hacker culture influence will appeal to its audience.

The Watch Dogs 2 reveal trailer has surpassed 30 million views on YouTube, with Guillemot stating that the reaction to Watch Dogs 2 has been very positive.

The sequel features a new hacker protagonist, Marcus Holloway, and is set in San Franciso.

Watch Dogs 2 is set to release on 15 November for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
